Geelong Technology Precinct

The Geelong Technology Precinct (GTP), based at Deakin University's 376 hectare Waurn Ponds campus is home to four core research areas - biotechnology, nanotechnology, prototyping and wine science. The GTP is a purpose built facility with a wide range of well-equipped laboratories and work areas and also includes convention facilities and student accommodation. The GTP allows Deakin to bring together significant numbers of researchers who work alongside each other, another important part of the whole of university approach to discovery.
